These air-fried salmon bowls are on rotation in our home. Make it a bowl or put it in a taco- you can’t go wrong. Each salmon bite is coated in a spice mixture consisting of 7 different spices and some olive oil. But for me- it’s all in the sides. Roasted corn and cilantro, a quick creamy cabbage slaw, avocado lime sauce, fresh avocado slices, jalapeño slices, fresh cilantro, and lime.

TEAM BOWL OR TEAM TACO?
I still don’t know the answer to this one myself because I love both SO much. When I do the taco version- I obviously skip out on the rice part and sometimes I won’t even make a slaw out of the cabbage. Just freshly sliced cabbage. So really all depends on the “mood” and “effort” put in. Regardless the end results is amazing on both.
NO AIR FRYER? NO PROBLEM!
After you’ve coated the salmon cubes in its seasoning- throw them into a HOT pan and cook on each side until “blackened”. I’ve done it this way for years!
AVOCADO SAUCE
It’s always ALL IN THE SAUCE around here. And this particular sauce recipe you’ll find me using a lot in the summer. Just recently I put it on some grilled chicken as well. Each time I change something up about it SLIGHTLY but overall, it stays the same. I mean.. it’s a good sauce!
