liquid saffron

saffron threads placed into water

ice cream

1 tub vanilla ice cream room temp
1 tbsp rose water
liquid saffron that was seeped
1 tsp ground cardamom
crushed pistachios to preference
saffron threads whole

toppings

ground cardamom
crushed pistachios
dried rose
saffron threads

Instructions

Combine liquid saffron that had been seeped and all other ingredients for ice cream and mix well
place into a freezer safe container
freeze for a few hours or best overnight
