Saffron ice cream
NOT made from scratch
Ingredients
liquid saffron
- saffron threads placed into water
ice cream
- 1 tub vanilla ice cream room temp
- 1 tbsp rose water
- liquid saffron that was seeped
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- crushed pistachios to preference
- saffron threads whole
toppings
- ground cardamom
- crushed pistachios
- dried rose
- saffron threads
Instructions
- Combine liquid saffron that had been seeped and all other ingredients for ice cream and mix well
- place into a freezer safe container
- freeze for a few hours or best overnight
