CHICKEN CAESAR WRAPS
This crispy chicken caesar wrap is a winner. Flavor all around this simple recipe- even down to the romaine lettuce tossed in caesar dressing, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese.

CRISPY CHICKEN
- 2 chicken breasts sliced down to make 4 thin pieces
- salt + black pepper seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on each side
EGG WASH
- 2 eggs beaten with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
ROMAINE LETTUCE MIXTURE
- 3 hearts of romaine chopped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy caesar dressing
OTHER
- tortilla wraps
- lemon wedges
- croutons
CHICKEN
season your 4 thinly slices of chicken breast with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on each side
create your egg wash mixture in one bowl and bread crumb mixture in another bowl
dip seasoned chicken into egg wash (coat both sides)
then place into bread crumb mixture. pack in those bread crumbs onto each side
fry in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes per side on medium heat and let rest. begin working on lettuce
*** OR- fry 2-3 minutes on high heat on each side then place into the oven for 5-8 minutes at 375 to finish cooking
LETTUCE
chop your lettuce + toss with lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and caesar dressing
***NOTE: only make the lettuce mixture when ready to serve
ASSEMBLE
in a tortilla wrap lay out lettuce mixture, top with crispy chicken, and more parmesan cheese if you like. wrap/roll. ***OPTIONAL: in a hot (oil free pan) place wrapped tortillas seal side down for a few seconds to seal closed.
