If there’s one grilled chicken recipe you could use all summer long, it’s this one. Jalapeño, cilantro, lime, garlic, and avocado are the the main ingredients- need I say more? I love this as is, on top of a salad, sliced up and placed into wraps, or served with a corn salad- you can’t go wrong. Flavorful and EASY!
IT’S A LIME EXPLOSION!
With lime juice in the marinade and then in the avocado sauce- this one just screams all the summer flavors. And to add to the lime party, why not place a few wedges on top when serving too.
ALL IN THE SAUCE
Really though, it’s all in the sauce. I find myself making this avocado sauce for a lot of meals. Tacos, rice bowls, and now this jalapeño cilantro chicken. You can use plain yogurt or sour cream- there’s times I use both. Avocados, cilantro, lime, and salt- deeeeelicious!
