I have been making these for as long as I can remember and each time I am reminded by how delicious and easy these are.
HOW ARE THEY EASY?
The naan for the “taco” is pre-purchased, the chicken is cut up so small that cooking time is very minimal. They can be baked, air fried, or cooked off in a pan. All that’s left is to make your toppings of choice- mine are salad aka “salata” and “white sauce”.
QUICK DINNER OR HOSTING
Whether you choose to make these for a quick lunch/dinner OR make a ton of these to serve at your next dinner party- these are a hit either way.



KABOB TACO
Chicken kabob wrapped in naan bread. Topped with salad aka "salata"and "white sauce"
Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN
- 8 pc chicken tenderloin cubed small
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- sprinkle of red food dye for color or add 1 tsp paprika
SALATA
- tomatoes chopped
- onion chopped
- cucumber chopped
- cilantro chopped
- salt, lemon juice, and dried mint
WHITE SAUCE

Instructions
CHICKEN
- combine all ingredients
- mix. and cook off in pan until cooked through
SALATA
- combine all ingredients. mix
ASSEMBLE
- warm up naan bread
- top with chicken
- top with white sauce
- top with salata
